Okay, I have these gt2871r's with 3" inlets and I can't seem to fit the coupler on the turbo without it hitting against the manifold itself, I don't want the coupler to catch fire or something, The maf won't be on the turbo side on this setup encase someone was wondering.

So anyone have ideas on how i can do this? the passenger side is the worst the driver side barley touches so i have an idea about that.

Onto pictures

im not the smartest person in the world but heres an idea...what if you place pipping long enough to where it clears the headers then place you coupler. :-/

Do you have room to space the turbo off the manifold?

I was thinking about that too, maybe machining a spacer or something of the sort. Or again I might just have to order some piping and use hard piping for the 45 angle, that was my first idea, but I just think that'd look weird.

Spacing the turbo would prolly be the easiest way to do it. Although another option will be to go with a V-Band coupling on the tip of the Turbo compressor and your piping to be removable.

if you can't find anything to do, you always have the weld an inlet onto it option. like a 45* bend or so.
