i just bought a hybrid t3/t4 turbo and it comes with

Borgwarner hybrid T3/T04E turbocharger (P/N 51T-32)
internal wastegate
Oil inlet fitting
Cast iron downpipe elbow w/ bolts
Silicone adaptor for the compressor inlet (not shown)
bolt-on turbine heat shield (not shown)

what else would i need to put it in my car and run it as soon as possible and on a low budget

Need some more info about the turbo. I'm guessing you bought this on ebay. :(

I hope it doesnt have non-standard flanges and crappy wheel/housing sizes. :(

Compressor: .7 A/R, 50mm trim
Turbine: .6 A/R, 50mm trim

STANDARD T3 FLANGE for ease of installation on any aftermarket or custom manifold. GArrett compatible oil return flange.
Housings can be rotated to fit any particular engine bay configuration.

Cool, at least it has a standarized flange. In fact I remember seeing one of those on ebay and being curious about it. Trim isnt supposed to be measured in mm, I'm not really sure what that would compare to. So I guess try it and tell us how it turns out. :D
