SoCal-FS: baller DIY exhaust!

have an brand NEW Apexi ExTi muffler along with some 3 inch piping for sale. it's real Titanium! i was going to put it on my car but going a different route now. this apexi muffler goes for $600 new(muffler itself) i want $300obo including piping

heres the muffler:

has a removable flange so you can weld it to the piping then mount it

I would grab muffler, but it looks like it going to be TOO loud to drive in LB* i get pulled over all time with some cheap aftermarket muffler 0,x
