Highest octane stock sr20det redtop

Newb..
Im going to get my car tuned by enthaply.. All stock sr20det redtop
Im going to get a 91fuel tune but I also want a race fuel tune. Any reccomendations or opinions on what octane would be best for power and safe? at my local gas stations I can get 94, and they also have 104. . If I mix I can get 99 from what I heard.

If it's a completely stock sr20det, don't waste your money on a tune. Nissan did a pretty good job from the factory of that and there are better places to spend your money. Racegas (110 octane or so) will not provide very large gains on your t25/28. I would spend the money towards a new turbo.
