i have a 1995 s14 ka24de,my question is that i being using synthetic motor oil on car, can i go back and put regular oil on my car or do i have to keep on putting synthetic oil?THANK YOU

You can put dyno in, but why would you use dyno except as a break in oil? At least use a synthetic blend.

from what I've heard, once you go synthetic, you should not switch back to conventional oil. I always use synthetic and have never thought about going back, so I've never done the research.

Makes very little difference what you use (synth/conventional) if you change your oil regularly and the motor isn't heavily built. I don't see why you couldn't switch back and forth all you want.

Personally, I use synthetic for peace of mind in case I put the next oil change off for few extra miles.
