My 3 year project is finally getting some legs under it and I need some guidance from you guys to steer it in the right direction. I have Deutchwerks 740cc injectors, a Garrett T3/T4, z32 MAF. I put CP pistons, Eagle rods, and had the block bored .20 over. Had an equal length manifold fabbed. Left the cams stock and had a little head work done (just cleaned up the ports). I need opinions on a user friendly ECU. If anyone has an idea for a wastegate (I was thinking a Tial 38mm) I would welcome ideas. The car will probably be driven 1-2 times a week and taken to track days. :newbie:

+1 tial gate.. cant go wrong with that.
as for ecu, is your car obd1 or obd2?
aem is awesome but its $$ and you need some one to tune it..
you can always get a enthply/jim wolf tune they are plug and play and run around $400, but you will still need a safc un top of that to fine tune the a/f..
nistune is a great option if you dont want to spend the money on a stand alone..
check out ka-t.org lots of info on their as well..
personally id spend the money and get the aem its soo worth it. after dealing with a safc tune for years then going to and aem its like night and day. You will love your car so much more..

Thank you. I read a couple other threads saying JWT wont tune anything with Deutchwerks injectors...so AEM I suppose is my only option. I just don't have anyone around here to tune it.
