I keep trying to search and search but come up with no results. I was wondering if anyone knows or there has ever been a 240sx with a bmw s50 or s52 swap?
I am pretty sure this is what I want to do to mine but was looking for some guidance from past swappers.
Let me know, thanks.

More money, probably less power, and way less clean.

I understand the need to be "original" but all of the above to is when compared to a 2JZ/1JZ.

+1 for originality but I wouldn't do it

Sounds like a pain. Why not just grab a 2 door bimmer of choice and swap it? Seems to be more practical than trying to swap every other manufacturer's motor into a damn s-chassis...
+1 for creativity, but damn. Sounds exhausting.

Ill find out this weekend how difficult of a swap it is. Going to laser scan the engine compartment of the 240 to see how much fabrication it will take to even mount the engine.

your better off just using an e36...
if your going to be spending that kind of money on a swap for a 240, you mine as well go with a 1jz.
its cheep, reliable power.
