um, the problem is that brake fluid is leaking out. what do you want?
ok, i guess i'll be helpful. the most likely cause is the seal around the piston is bad and needs to be replaced. go to autozone and ask for a caliper kit for the appropriate caliper. you should get an o-ring with a square cross section and a rubber boot. if it's the rear you'll get more stuff that you shouldn't need. take the caliper off and take the piston out (front-use compressed air, rear screw it out w/ needle nose pliers). you'll see the same seals alreay in there, just replace them as they are. if you have any questions feel free to ask. oh, and buy a shop manual.
other less likely options are a bad brake line or a loose bleed screw. make sure you track down the problem before you start pulling stuff apart. jack the car up, take the wheel off and have a friend stand on the brake while you look around.
