I'm trying to convert my S14 SR20DET motor from SMIC to FMIC. The hot pipe has a BOV and boost gauge coonected. It will be easy. I just have to extend it from the SMIC to the FMIC. My question is about the cold pipe that goes from the intercooler to the throttle body. The stock setup has 3 tubes connected to this pipe. One of them goes to a valve looking thing behind the battery that has a missing connection for a vacuum line. This runs to a rectangular plastic tube that goes along the top front of the engine. I think this is the recirculation valve, which I don't need since I have BOV. There is another larger tube coming from the cold pipe, and the last one is a smaller vacuum tube. What are these for? Do I need any of these tubes connected to my new cold pipe? If not what is the cleanest way to bypass or block these off? Any responses form people who have installed IC piping on SR20DET are greatly appreciated.

I don't have a camera, but found a photo to illustrate my question.

the far right one: is a plastic piece that the stock recirculating valve unit sends air charge back into the intake stream with (to the turbo inlet)

the far left is a bracet to hold the rubber/ plastic piping securely.

middle - i forgot.
