Im looking at a 89 240sx. It needs a head gasket. Is it a hard thing to change? i mean the car has 230k on it. Just need it for a few months till i can get a new swap for it.will only put around 15k if that before i can get the swap.

Not hard at all...with a FSM

You probably have a SOHC

alright thx.hopefully i can pick this car up.900 with prefect body no rust.really worth it and its a steal.

It's pretty simple, I would check the head bolts also though.

yeah i will.ill prob do a compression check on it also to be 100%..since the radiator is also bad..went that route on my integra..though was head gasket but was radiator.
