S14 Corner lights/winkers wont turn on... =/

Hello everyone! i was wiring up my winkers to my corners since im shaving the winking light off my vertex rep bumper and once i got one side connected and spliced ground with ground and posi with posi i tried it and it didnt wink at all so i tried crossing the wires neg/poss and still nothing but now the corners dont light up at all... im guessing i burnt the fuse for the corner lights since i got everything back and wired to O.E.M standard but now winkers nor corners would light up...

would anyone know where the fuse for the corners/side marker is located at/fix this?

The fusebox is located to the left of the clutch pedal under a plastic cover...

If you figure out how to wire up the corner lights to be on when the daytime running lights are on, and blink when turn signals are activated, and off when the lights are off, but still blink when turn signals are activated, lemme know exactly what you did to make that happen. I need to do that too.
