Ok heres the deal, when cold, i cant get the car to start, fuel pump primes, fuel pressure is set correctly, turns over but just doesn't start. i can keep on cranking on the starter and still no results other than a lot of back firing and lots of unburnt fuel.
Heres the kicker: I can unplug the injectors, and with the excess fuel in the motor it will start and run on the fuel until it runs out. To get the car to continue running I unplugged the injectors, started the car and plugged the injectors back in immediately to keep the car running. after warming up i drove it home with no issues, saw perfect AFR and with no hesitation from the motor. Then when i got home, i turned the car off, and then tried to restart it and it fired right up.
So when the car is stone cold it wont start and im seeing too much fuel, when its warm it runs perfect.
If anyone, I mean anyone can help me solve this issue it would be really appreciated

im not sure on the Srs but on my RB i wired up the "start signal wire" so when u give it the start signal it also gives the ecu a signal to start.
this made my RB start like a honda EVERYtime cold or not. maybe look into that. just a thought

i think the problem may be my injector o-rings, but i was hoping someone experienced the same problem and could chime in on how they solved it. Ill be replacing them later this week so ill soon find out.

Get a fuel pressure gauge while you're at it with the injector o-rings. Has saved me a couple of times from leaky injector o-rings. But yea sounds like your o-rings

If you have bad o rings you would be leaking gas all over your engine. I assume you would notice leaking gas everywhere?

ok getting irritated. Replaced the injector o-rings and am still having the same problem. Its only when the car is completely cold. Car cranks and cranks, backfires through the exhaust every so often, but not start. Once again I was able to disconnect the injectors and start the car right up with the excess fuel, running to plug them back in as its running on this fuel I can keep the car running once the injectors are completely plugged in.

As asked here are the resistances for the injectors cold then hot:

Cylinder # 1 2 3 4
cold 11.4 11.4 11.4 11.5
warm 11.5 11.5 11.5 11.5

Once warm, I am seeing normal AFR around 14.7 give or take .2. However, while sitting at idle, it will do something strange-the idle will drop and come back up, drop and come back up, and it will do this for a few seconds until I either give the slightest amount of throttle or it will go back to around 800 by itself. I'm at a loss right now. Any ideas are welcomed.
