Quick power fc question

HI everyone,

I've been having problems with my car since i had it tuned and have been making small corrections trying to work it out. I lost the piece of paper that had my water temp corrections written on and i need to set it back to stock asap. Please post yours up for me.

This is for a s13 sr20det redtop.
