sry if this has been discussed already, but you guys would be more experienced with turbos then on most of the forums im on, Where is a good place to have a Turbonetics TO4E rebuilt? Turbonetics themselves want $765, i can add on 300 and some change and get a new turbo for that.

Any help is greatly appreciate.

Goto either of the links I sent ya. We use the top one for our big truck diesel stuff, and the smaller one I've bought a few generic turbos from them over the years.

Better yet...G-Pop Shop (http://gpopshop.com/)

for all your turbo rebuilding kit. You can even buy the rebuild kit from them and attempt to rebuild it yourself.

I coudl get it done but it takes forever, I outsource it...but probably around 450 bucks total - usually takes 2-3 weeks

Either way it's good to find a local shop, due to your location it may be a bit tougher to find someone local and cheap who is GOOD, good is really important with turbo rebuilds! Don't want the wheel coming loose or bad balance and eating up the inside of the compressor housing during a run!:hahano:

ha seen it happen several times
