So Dash and most electronics are ripped out of the car.
The "meter" fuse keeps blowing
It's 2 up on the left row.
Things I've tried.
1.) Unplugged the Tcu, fuse blew
2.) Replaced the Tcu tried it plugged in, fuse blew
3.) Unplugged the Rear defrost relay, fuse blew
4.) Replaced Ignition, fuse blew
5.) Took out the dash ie disconnected the radio, climate control, fuse blew
6.) Disconnected the gauge harness (M48, I2), fuse blew
I'm basically chasing this little green wire around via the schematics, and am having no success. There was one thing that I could not find on my vehicle however, "Daytime running light box"
A more thorough guide to what I tried. Please tell me why this didn't work.
I looked in the FSM for wiring diagrams that use that fuse. There where 6 of them that were wired then the car was in the "on" position, which is where it keeps blowing.
These diagrams are....
EL, 14, 31, 43, 47, 48, & 65
One by one I tried to rule them out. Most of which use the TCU or the Gauge harness.
I highlighted the route of the wire and tried to disconnect it to see if the short was afterwards.
I am out of ideas....
