In theory they will clear... but in reality, they might not. It depends on the design of the spokes.

thanks for the fast response thats exactly what im worried about as these spokes are sunken in a bit, shit

unless somebody else has those exact wheels and brakes, you're gonna just have to assume and hope.
Not sure if it's worth it.

I bought a set of used Evo 8 wheels on craigslist for like $200. They're 17x8 and they cleared my wilwood big brake kit. I bet they're only cheaper now.

Just avoid buying them period haha. Those arent going to look good on an s14. Is there any certain reason your trying to stick to 7.5/8.0 inch wheels?
There are much better sized wheels around the same prices you could get those i would imagine.

mainly so i could reuse the tires which are fine. i was going to originally replace just the two konig but at 200 each rim and 100 shipping i said fuck it. the kid that trashed them doesnt have a lot of money so we agreed on a $650 budget and now that its been mentioned if i can find a decent set of rims with rubber that fit nicely and will clear the 300zx caliper im all for it

first off, dont get those rims, they belong on a civic and second how do u expect to run the rims when there 5 lug? just dont get them. get some nice size/offset rims

Well what are your current tire sizes? If you already have 215's they'll easily fit right onto one of the popular 17x9 cookie cutter wheels that half the s-chassis community has haha. 205's will slip right onto a 17x8 too...maybe even a 17x9 if you want some serious stretch. But they'll still look way better than the wheels you posted. Around 650 bucks should probably get you the usual XXR/Rota wheels though right? If not maybe just a little more expensive than that.

Look for some sort of deal like this.
Get on Craigslist.
Stop shopping on sites that have wheels that are 7" wide.
Neither one of those wheels looks good on any car.

no matter what wheels you decide to go with, like brian said, the most important factor in regards to clearing brakes is the the design of the inner wheel face (design of the spoke.) offset, width and height wont matter, and the only way you can tell if theyll fit is if you put them on or if you get in contact with someone with the exact same wheels.
and, its your car and your opinion, you can do whatever you want, but i also suggest going wider, with wider tires. a larger contact patch is imo always better. and you can definitely get yourself a nicer set of wheels for your budget
