Okay so i couldnt find anything on this, but i was wondering if i could reclock the compressor housing on a t28 to face down so i can run the intercooler piping below so it can be hidden if my hood is popped, its for a stealth look so theres no intercooler piping showing, just the intake tube out of the turbo

Not really. The wastegate actuator is bolted to the compressor housing. It would have nowhere to bolt on if you turned the compressor 90* or so. Good luck.

^^^ True, even if you made a new bracket for it the wastegate still has to work the actuator, and would therefore be visible.
Using a newer Nissan engine cover has been discussed, and/or plastic stock-looking tube over intercooler piping.

hm so even if i made a bracket that wrapped around the housing to be level with the wastegate it wouldnt work?
and i was thinking if this doesnt work just black wrinkle paint on the piping would do, and relocate BOV behind bumper

idk man i dont think thats very recomended cause at the angle you would have to run your pipes, they could possibly start to crack due to boost and stuff...just paint flat black man..or reroute your hood latch to another location (under lower driver fender) and then if a cop ever asks to pop the hood just be like "look officer i dont know how to pop my hood because its not where it should be, only my mechanic knows how to open it" sounds like a long shot haha but ive heard of it working on people haha

what could crack? i am just turning the compressor housing so the pipe to the intercooler will run below the intake instead of over, so it wont be noticeable
