So the other day I read a thread about cleaning your IACV by taking out the screw and spraying Carb Cleaner in it. Thinking that was a good idea I went outside and did it and then I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start. Tried a few things and now I took off my manifold and IACV trying to figure out what the problem is. Any ideas?

Spraying carb cleaner into the intake usually takes a few minutes of pressing & holding the gas pedal to the floor while trying to start the car. Eventually the gas will flush out the carb cleaner & carbon buildup from the combustion chamber and the car will start. Just takes a few minutes to get the car to start.
Easiest way to clean out the combustion chamber is disconnect the vacuum line running from the brake booster & sucking Seafoam into the combustion chamber thru the brake booster vacuum line. YouTube - The Official "How To Use Sea Foam" from Sea Foam and GUY. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRAV5ln5cUc).
Since you got the manifold off, just use some carb cleaner & clean it all out. Once you've got everything cleaned out, put it all back together & install it back on the motor. You might want to double check the screw on the IACV valve to make sure you didn't screw it in too much. By screwing it in too much, you're restricting the air fuel mixture. Not enough air / fuel mixture & the car ain't gonna start. See your Factory Service Manual for adjusting the IACV valve.
Anyhow, hope this helps.
