hks actuator help!!!

i just got an hks internal wastegate actuator and the instruction manual is in japanese??? i dont have a problem installing it but the thing bothering is what psi its set on?? i can adjust it but dont know if its set high or low. its a s15 turbo on a s14 blacktop sr so im want to run only 7 psi for now since its practically stock.

start with the rod kinda loose but with tension, boosted it and adjust it from there

Now pay attention to where you spool at though. I have noticed with mine on my 2871r that it will spool really slow if I dont have it set at at least 15 psi. Trying to set it lower than that the wastegate will be slightly open.

The hks actuator came on my turbo and I have a electronic boost controller, so Im yet to understand its benefit.
