I have so far changed in the last 5 months tie rods inner and outer, wheel bearing (passenger side), and ball joint (passenger side). But now there is this loud popping noise when i turn the steering wheel to the right it pops and then when I turn it back it pops and depending on how far i turn it depends on how many times it pops and ideas. I also has a Apexi N1 coil over suspension under it. and lowered.

What about your tension rod bushings? are they new or busted? Also check the brackets for the tension rods that bolt to the bottom of the rad support. The bolts were loose on mine one time and it made a popping sound. Just some suggestions.....

Good suggestions, I'm having the same problem. It's getting irritating:rant: the only two things that I still haven't changed are the tension rods and steering rack bushings. Also if I have the wheels turned a little to the right and hit the brakes with medium force it will make that popping sound. Or when backing up and I turn the wheel all the way to the right it will do that sound about two times. Weird but I feel that sound coming from behind the firewall under my feet.

Ok so I recently changed my steering rack bushings and Tension Rods and nothing. The noise is still there. I don't know what else to do and or look for. Like ^^ he said I'm going to check the top nuts on the coils this weekend. 95_sr20det Have you found out something towards the problem that I don't know of? :)

I had a problem like this and it was the ball joint thing at the top of the coils, got rid of those and no more noise for me.
