So my wheels came in today and I slapped em on the rear to test fit the rear since im still waiting to finish the front 5 lug swap. They stick out the rear about 7-12mm (still need to measure) naturally my fenders hit my tires on a hard turn. I have no idea what my camber is set at since I have done all my suspension mods and no alignment, even after installing my rear upper control arms. Yes I know im bad. If I had to guess it should be 0 or higher since I tried my best to keep it near stock distance  although my old Kumhos had perfect treadwear...

I thought 5 lug s13's would use the same offset an s14? There is a good 18mm-22mm (almost an inch) clearance from the tires to shocks in the rear.

I guess I should start with a good alignment and then if needed get my fenders rolled? Aaron, time to send me that Fender Roller! :D Does Wheelchoice stock those or was that it?

Here is my wheel setup...

17x8 +35 235/45/17
17x9 +35 255/40/17

How should the front fit?

The S14 does have more wheel clearance the S13 no doubt about it. Your 17x9 35 offset isn't an extreme set up at all but it's just the tire size that you chose for rear that causes a bit of a problem(for s13). You should try 15 offset on S13! That for sure will eitehr require negative camber and a streched tire! Fun times!

I'm acually slighty surprized you said they stick out your fender. But then again your idea of flush or sticking out the fender would be me, dousans or dorifto180sx's idea of super flush w/ the rolled fenders w/ streched tires and heavy negative camber.

Actually I shouldnt complain right now, I drove the car around a little more and the left side seems to be closer to flush then the right side since I set my rear upper control arms myself. With the right camber it might clear better but it will no doubt rub. It wouldnt be such a problem if I lived somewhere other then CO where I could get a good/cheap alignment and my fenders rolled easily. But here in CO I doubt anyone can roll my fenders or do a alignment on my car without it costing $200+.

Next problem will be coilovers needing a 5mm spacer to clear front coilovers, although I need coils first. Maybe I should look into the +30 (IIRC) wide F&R Fenders. Maybe I should play lotto... :p

How much does a typicall fender roll offset the fenders?

this weekend? er..nooooo im busy, son.

we can TRY saturday ill call u, ok?

tsk tsk.mark mark mark whatever shall i do..

first...camber..lets get some..less the -2.5
you WONT have bad waer, if your toe is at 0
i say like -1.5 or -2 is good for daily drive and all that hoopla. you'll need fenders rolled (wheelchoice.com i dont know..call them and see, make deposit if necessary)

get your rears rolled. call BMW/Mercedes type wheel shops that sell HIGH END wheels, they willl most likely rool them. but it is expensive..probably 50-80 per fender....just get rears done.

i suggest no rear wide fenders..why? body work..get the front, bolt onto stock place and replace it

check out www.jspec.com sam has some right now! WOOT im getting those soooooon!!

hope that helps.

Mark, I wish I still worked at Cristopher's Dodge, I had their alignment guy do a full alignment twice for $25 each time, with lasers and all that good stuff. You should tell Irena to go talk to the alignment guys at that dealership she works at, maybe they can give you a little hookup like I used to get.

Still, stupid Bob left my driver's side camber at 0 and pass. side at -1.5 or so... I wouldn't really reccomend him, haha, but hey, my toe is zeroed!

PS, no idea for the fender rolling, its baseball bat time! Maybe some of the local ricers can help out...

Haha, you got the Hot Rod dragster look thing going.

Well it looks like you dont have much neg camber, they could probably come in. I think each degree of camber brings the edge in 6-7 mm or so. For the camber gauge, you could always put the stock wheels on for alignment purposes. If thats too much of a pain I remember seing one that was similarly priced that worked with any size wheels, dont have the link though.
