Who makes the turbo mani? is it new? comes with all hardware and gaskets necessary or is something missing?

mani looks like your usual megan bottom mount, wouldnt hurt to possibly weld a bit of support onto that piping but wish i had money to pick that stuff up :p oh well glws dude
