Its becoming quite apparent they aren't going to fix my problem. The SR clip I ordered from them was crashed in the front, no problem. But my throttle body pully was broken and my oil pan is dented(as usual) Tri no longer works there and Jon, as helpful as he may sound, just isn't getting anywhere with this. I've called many times, he even said he'd call me back to let me know anything, I wasn't too surprised that he didn't call back. Now when I call they put me on eternal hold and rarely answer when I call on my cell phone. I swear if this motor doesn't start up, they're probably going to feed me some more BS and give me the run-around...they won't want to do that!
