In a moment of despair, I was crusin the internet looking for a new front bumper and a new radiator. Upon my quest, I came to a site called autopartsland.com. They had some good deals on different parts for all sorts of cars. Assuming that this was an ideal site a possible a future source for parts (:bash: )I placed an order for the bumper and radiator. That order was placed of July 6, 2003. I recieved no notification that my order was placed, other than a email saying, and I quote, "thank you." No more, no less. So, I called the place, no ring. I was ****ed.
After trying several more times and finally getting to talk to someone, I waited on hold for more that 33 min (and yes I was counting) just to see if my order had gone through.
I called one week later to see when my parts where shipped and they told me that they'll be shipped on Friday (the 18th). Nope. Called again on the 21st to confirm it was shipped, nope. This time it was going to be shipped the next day. Nope. Turns out that the part had to be special ordered for Thailand. So on August 8th, I canceled my order for my front bumper, hoping and praying that they would ship them soon. F**K no they didn't. So on the 12th I canceled my order completely, losing all faith in the company whatsoever. It is now the 25th and I still haven't recieved my refund. A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB, once escalated.

So for those of you looking for cheap stock replacement parts, DON'T go through Parts Components Int'l. Either your parts won't be shipped forever or, you simply get screwed as I did.

There is only one explination for this, :bs:

I will second this. I ordered a part directly from partscomponents.com. It was a simple parking light. Two weeks passed and still no light. I called, put on hold for 20 minutes only to find out it had to be ordered from overseas. It was supposed to be shipped that friday. Call a week later and was told they would get it the next day and ship that same day. I cancelled my order and was told it would take 24 hours to be credited to my card. Two weeks pass and two more phone calls and I finally got the money credited back to my card after a 20% restocking fee and it never left their place. I would suggest calling them multiple times each day until you get your money back.
