I'm not quite sure what to call it, but for now a sil-1540. It's quite far from being finished. Here's a link to some pictures of my S15 Silvia front end conversion on my 240sx Fastback with 5-lug conversion.

dousan36-I'm planning for kouki 180sx taillights, but in the future. I'm thinking about Volk TE37, Volk GTU, Enkei RPF-1, Black Racing wheels with 17x8 front and 17x9 rear (Also, not any time soon because no $$$$).
240silvia-I don't want to mention prices, but you'll be in eating top Ramen for a while.
95KoukiS14- The exhaust is a custom 3in crush bent system with a 3 in inlet and dual 2.5 in outlet magnaflow muffler ( I like the stock look, hopefully it keeps the cops away).

correct me if I am wrong
In the ignorant Import Tuner world that would be called a sil80 BECAUSE it is a Silvia fascia on a 180SX body... where as in reailty the silva front fascia varies because every S-XX car technically had a "Silvia" fascia. So in our knowledge, and to quest to clairify, that would be deemd a sil-1580. For Silvia S-15 fascia on a 180SX. BUT that also would not hold true, because it is, in strict reality, not a 180sx. It is a 1989 USDM Nissan 240SX with a 1999 JDM Nissan Silvia S-15 front fascia. And being that the 240SX name is on three differnet bodies we would have to designate at least the year it was produced.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO that would be named, in a strict reality,
Sil-1589240?
he he he he...Up to the part where I said, "BUT that also would not hold true..." does that sound about right?
cliff notes: Rob's tired, but cant sleep
p.s.~ Your car rocks, always nice to see a clean sil-whateverthehell. Its a shweet ride and your a lucky man.

um. how do you know its a 1989 240sx. it could be 89, 90, 91, 92, or 93. the s15 front end could be from 99, 00, 01, etc. people usually designate 240sx fastback front ends as either zenki or chuki. if you were going to use your way of designating this car, it would be sil-15zenki240? that sounds weird.
s1540 or strawberry face 240sx seems more appropriate. actually, i'd just it a 240sx.

what company brand is your s15 conversion? did u use the stock s13
radiator support?

Its got potential to be unique, but im not feelin it right now. Why? Why not use that $3000+ for suspension and nice wheels and aero for the 180 face? Meh....
EDIT: The coolest thing about it is that it could have been a stock car. The S15 face and 180 body lines go very well together, and Stock Nissan OEM alloy wheels and plain white color make your car look like it is a new off the showroom floor model. So... cool. But in your case, you ran out of money. Bad. S15 front should be your LAST mod...

I didnt know what year it was, I was inbetween two thread and the other guy had a '89, so i confused myself. But yes sil-11115zenki240 is *bling*
I got a question, I was thinking this. I know the s15 started in 99, but is it still in production in Jp?
