Sucked water into engine...now what?

So my car is chillin' in someone's driveway, unable to start because I sucked maaad water in the engine. I tried starting it a few times, which i head was the dumbest thing I could have done. Weel, I've searched and can't find out what I should do now to get the thing running again so I can get it home.

how did u suck up water? tow the car home and take out plugs and rotate crank..and water might come out. lets juss pray u didnt fill up ur pistons
