Thinking about keeping my 98 SE going on 6.5 years now. What's the expected price for a vinyl stitched re-upholster of the dash, console, door and rear panels?

I know leather is more baller, but modern vinyls go more distance.

I am keeping my seats fabric.

how about you go to to some shops and ask. it varies by demographic location and the credibility of the shop. It also depends on the fabric you choose. Try doing something different too and stay away from that old trendy BRIDE BRIDE BRIDE shit all over your interior. Leather in Florida is stupid. Most people cant even aknowledge the fact that they need to condition the leather every 3 months because it too was once someones/somethings skin on their body. then again, it could make sense if u like getting your ass sizzled everytime u get in your car. expect a min. $500. good luck.

Why do this? Just go get another set of everything.

Probably cheaper, will look better.

I can understand op on this
I think a vinyl/leather interior with white stitching would be tits
won't be cheap though
I asked in passing a shop nearby how much it'd cost to redo my leather seats front and rear
they quoted me ~1.5k
ouch

I like the look of a set of stitched door panels and dash.

Places around here tend to be high, but if I come back with a fair price up front they will usually go for it.

I don't plan to do anything that wouldn't look like it didn't come from the factory that way.

op, there is a guy in new york that does work for a local forum for us in chicago. We send him the shit, he can upholster it very well for a fair price. Only problem is shipping costs alot for all that

I have places that will do the work, I just need to know what ballpark figures should be so I don't get taken for a ride.

I live in Palm Beach County, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando are within 1-2 hours. There are a lot of great shops.

Last time I had my door panels done in another car and some dye work, I paid WAY TOO MUCH. The work was perfect, but others that went there paid a lot less for similar work.

Not new. Try A Recaro... now what about the back seat and passenger seat?

Leather is expensive, so is man time. Alcantara alone, for a 240sx dash is over $300 ($100 a yard). I did a s13 dash once in cheap chain store crap ($50), took two days of prep and lay... I would easily charge someone $200 to do it again and I don't have shop over head.

Owner chucked the dash a year latter as it was faded and the "fluff was making dust".
