Haunted fuel pump issue

Okay so I am having this issue with my car and its annoying. Seeing if someone has had a similar problem or can help me out. So my 89 240sx only starts after hours of sitting, fuel doesn't turn on how ever after 5 min of driving the car. It will start once after but then after that nothing. I changed my fuel relay same thing, my car doesn't bog when it does turn on so i'm sure the fuel pumps good. Where else can i look? Thanks id appreciate the help!

What is your Fuel Pressure?

I haven't checked the fuel pressure but when the fuel pump does turn on it runs fine. I also noticed a buzzing sound coming from somewhere around my intake manifold when the key is on the on position. When i remove the eng 10 amp fuse it stops any ideas???

Ok so the buzzing is coming from IACV so that means thats working correct? fuel pumps still not getting power

IACV shouldn't be buzzing.

so i guess ill try cleaning or replacing the iacv ?
