1 bar = 14.7psi
greddy gauges measure in bars. So .5 on a greddy gauge means .5 bar and is equivalent to .5*14.7 = 7.4psi

I wrote this on a piece of paper and put it in the side pocket on my drivers side door for reference or till I memorize it:

.5 = 7.11 psi
.55 = 7.82
.6 = 8.53
.65 = 9.24
.7 = 9.95
.75 = 10.66
.8 = 11.37
.85 = 12.08
.9 = 12.80
.95 = 13.51
1.0 = 14.22
1.1 = 15.64
1.2 = 17.06
1.3 = 18.49
1.4 = 19.91
1.5 = 21.33
1.6 = 22.75
1.7 = 24.17
1.8 = 25.60
1.9 = 27.02
2.0 = 28.44
