if you think about how much it would take out of you if you were to hold it above your head/in other positions like that

imo, if you were to use it properly and try to make up some interesting movies...shit would break your balls in the end... anthing that would sit there and strain your muscles for a few minutes at a time is good for you, funny thing is that most people whom are talking shit about it probably never work out... alot harder than you think, and if you were to do regular exersizes with it , it would most def make a difference

lap band i is this thing they surgically put inside you, it like goes around your stomach like a band, and can tighten it and loosen it, what it does is theoretically it acts like a gastro bypass, but i think the lap band can be removed, and well you can't unstaple your stomach after gastro......

ummm....are you a fitness expert. cause i'm pretty sure that in order to build muscle like a body builder, it low repititions....and heavy weight.

this is fast repitions....and the amount of muscle being used is what...a couple inches...

that's like doing curls....but only curling the bar off your leg an inch and back down....only works the muscle that is required to get it off your leg....not the other muscles requiring the bar to be brought up to your shoulder.

if anything...it will make your arms smaller. like an indurance runner......but your body will quickly build memory....and then your f'd. it'll turn into walking.

You do realise that, even if it did build muscle, since you can't spot target fat the user's arms would still be covered in the flab there were trying to rid themselves of by buying this stupid gimmick. You could use this every day for a year and you'd still have fat arms unless you sorted your nutrition/exercise plan, in which case you may as well do proper exercises where the time:gain ratio isn't absolute jack shit
