Hello Folks,

My car recently been giving me some kind of electrical problem. I have tried to search for this problem with very little luck. I would get power shortages throughout the whole car. I can see my cluster flicker every time I press down on the brake (basically when the tail lamps goes on). My radio would turn off during this time and goes right back on. I have checked the obvious grounds, the battery. I was wondering if any of you tech guru can help me locate all the grounds in the s-chassis. any help would be great! Thanks

Mark

check the grounds on the taillight assemblys. On my coupe i was having brake light troubles and whenever i'd hit the brake pedal my dash lights and cigarette light would go off. The Grounds on the light assembly were lose dirty and melted to the plastic once i cleaned them up that problem went away.

I know on the coupe its on the plastic assy that you put your bulbs into. I've never seen the hatch tail light assy before so idk where the grounds are on it but if its anything like the coupe they'd be right there next to the bulbs
