Ok I am nearing the point of dropping in my sr into my 97 240sx, and I have a couple of questions I cant figure out exactly. BTW its a Zenki s14 sr20det

1. one of the three lines coming from the fuel tank ( im assuming is for evaporation) I dont know where it hooks up to the sr20. heres a pic.

2.these 2 lines im assuming are coolant lines directly under the throttle body, they were cut when i received the engine. I have no idea where they go.

3. This nozzel on the back of the intake mani was taped up when i got the engine. What hose connects to it?

4.which fuel line is the feed and return?

5. what plugs into this vacuum line nipple right above the VTC solenoid connector?

http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f132/bopper88/IMG_0631.jpg

6.is the ground bracket for the coil packs hooked up correctly?
and what dose the other small connector plug into?

7.I installed this isis turbo elbow and ive tried lossening it and nudging it over but it always touches the transmission. will it cause me any problems touching it? like over heating the transmission?

1.) Yes that line is for the fuel vapors, just leave it open to atmosphere.

2.) They are vacuum lines. you can either plug them or use them for anything that requires vacuum like a blow off valve or a fuel pressure regulator

3.) That is the nipple for the vacuum required for your brake booster

4.) Hard to tell from the angle of the picture but the line that comes off of the fuel pressure regulator is always the return line.

5.) Could be anything, could of been for a boost guage

6.) Yeah that looks right

7.) It wont overheat the transmission but thats a shitty issue you got going. I wouldnt use that elbow if you cant get it to clear.

i think the plug in pic 6 is the ground that hooks onto the firewall. should mount to the firewall directly behind valve cover.

yeah dude no worries. i've got good experience with the s14 sr. i've done about 3 swaps for friends

yeah im positive those are vacuum lines man. you probably wont be needing them so just put a bolt in them to plug them up.
as for the fuel vapor line, yeah i just took the rubber line off and let the hard line exposed. but then again it depends what state you're in so smog might be an issue. i live in canada so i dont gotta worry about that shit :D
