SR Head Problem and Turbo ID

In the below pictures take a look at the cam journals. What caused this, faulty oil pump or blocked oil passages? It mainly happened on the intake cam but one exhaust cam journal was starting to show wear. Also... I figure my only option is another head, if so anyone have one for sale in va?

Never mind about the turbo ID, it's a T28. I thinking I'm starting to get old.

Could be both, or too little or too much torque on the caps. Or just some debris floating around in your valve cover getting in the journals and scratching over time.

I'd find a new head if the scratches are deep and causing wear on the cams too.
