I did a search but wasn't quite able to find what i was looking for. What are all the differences between the 95-96 240 and the 97-98? Thanks.

Yes. 95 uses the single plug TPS, and clamp style coolant temp sensor, 96-98 uses dual plug TPS and regular clip temp sensor. Also, 95s have a one-wire O2 sensor, 96s have a three-wire front and rear, 97-98s use a four-wire rear. The addition of OBD-II components is also found on 96-98 harnesses, and the addition of the EVAP volume control solenoid adds an additional plug on the intake manifold. You can use a 96-98 on a 95 if you repin a few things, and change some plugs.

Alright thanks. A few more questions, is it possible to swap the 97-98 taillights or gauges? Were any s14's available with HICAS? And did the JDM s14 come with a rear wiper?

the zenki is slightly lighter, like 100lb iirc, because it has weight saving holes drilled in the chassis, but as a result has slightly less rigidity than the kouki models
we have forgot one thing 95-96 are alot cheaper than the 97-98 and it's also ends up being cheaper to buy a 97-98 rather than buying a 95-96 and converting it.

So how much does it cost just to do the taillight conversion? Also does anyone have pictures of a rear wiper on the s14?

Has anyone ever put a wiper on their 240? Also, where do you get the 97-98 lights from?
