so i crashed my 90 coupe and bought a 93 coupe and i was gonna swap the interior from the ups **** brown to the black in my crashed 240 but the pieces dont fit right. the one i crashed had a power moonroof and the 93 doesnt but i wouldnt think they would fit differently. this sucks balls. so i might have to buy some pieces? can anyone tell me why they dont fit like they did in the 90? also i have bout 3"s more headroom in the 93 compared to the 90.

89-90 Compatable
91-94 Slight differences with some of the panels. Mostly mounting and some shapes.
95-98 S-14..Nada
S-15, another nada.

Now...did the impact shift anything inside the interior structure so much as to make a 90 panel not have proper fitment?

I was told that their are slight interior differences in 91-94 S-13...I see you are figureing that out..No personal expeience...but what I have read..Sorry..

Perhaps more can chime in and we all can learn.

PS...Name the exact panels, right or left...in question please.

OK well...
FIRST: the power moon roof is why they don't fit. :hammer: the reason that they don't swap directly is due to the difference in headroom.
SECOND..that 3" difference is compensating for the sunroof assembly, which your new coupe doesn't have.

so in answer to your question - yes they are different, and yes you do have to buy SOME interior pieces, and not ones from a fastback.

You'll need non-sunroof a-pillars, b-pillars, headliner, and that might be it.

On a side note, i'm in need of black/grey moonroof-coupe pieces (well, just the B-pillar), and I happen to have black a & b pillars for non-moonroof coupe.

PM me if interested.
