Has anyone done the rear brake upgrade for an S14? If so how hard was it to do and is it possible to bolt on an e-brake from a 300zx?

the z32 rear brake won't just bolt on... at the very least you'll need to extend the e-brake cable somehow, and either replace or modify the rear hubs/spindles and dust sheild(which is where the e-brake cable goes through on the z32 rear IIRC). The z32 uses a drum brake for the parking brake, so the setup is quite different from the 240sx.
Basically you'll need the entire caliper, dust sheild, hub, and e-brake line to make it work, plus extending the ebrake line and probably getting new brake lines.
