Stock shocks with any of the springs you listed isnt a very good idea. I'd give your stock shocks maybe a month or two at most before they blew. When upgrading your springs you really should upgrade your shocks as well. Some agx's would be nice. That way, you can adjust the ride stiffnes to your liking.
yea, you definitely want to get aftermarket shocks with those springs. as far as comparing each spring, it depends what you're looking for. the h&r's will give you the biggest drop. i hear their spring rate isn't too bad for daily driving. the rsr down will be a fairly small drop, with good spring rate too. the rsr race are more hardcore. the spring rate on them is pretty high at 5.0/4.2 kg/mm, and they won't give you a huge drop, although larger than the down springs.

Eventually you will think your dropped suspension is too soft, so go with the RSR race springs from the beginning. I wish I had done that (have RSR down). Get some Konis or AGX to compliment them. Definitely get new shocks when upgrading springs, or you'll regret it later when you're bouncing down the street on blown struts.
BTW, people who say "get AGX to adjust ride quality" are wrong. Your dampers should only be stiff enough to damp your springs' motion. Any stiffer just exerts extra force onto the spring, giving you the impression the ride is stiffer (it is, but the wrong component is doing the work!).
