240sx loss of power/mpg

Ok well i have been having some problems with my car. Its a ka24de with a 5spd tranny and it feels like it has loss of power, also kinda sluggish and gets bad mpg. Im getting like 80 miles per half a tank. My friends say it smells like gas. I did some research, searched zilvia/google and gotten advice. So i have narrowed it down to these...
- M.A.F
-o2 sensor
-Fuel pressure regulator/ Fuel leak

Any suggestions or help will greatly be apperciated. If im wrong please let me know. Thanks.

back when i had my coupe,my mpg's sucked goat balls, i bought a new maf and replaced the fuel filter with a z32 one,and walla magic baby

im probably gonna getting the o2 sensor and see what happens. hopefully this fixes it
