So, I've been using a built ka-t for sometime now, but i have in front of me a vg30dett, full swap. now i'm second guessing selling my ka-t setup and going with a built vg30dett setup, It's not a lot of work (for me) and I think it would be very different. I'm thinking:

vg30dett

forged pistons/eagle rods
gt28 twin turbo
custom sheet metal intake manifold
550cc injectors
mls head gaskets
arp head studs

I think it'll be awesome, and produce good horse power.

I'm running an s14, stance coils, pbm arms

What do you guys think? I know it'll be a little heaver but I think i can over come that easily.

I'd personally would just keep the KA-T and bump up the existing setup but if its not too much work for you then go for it. I think it would be a great and unique.

Building cars suck. Driving them is what they are ment for. Don't start a project you'll never finish dude. This is the exact thread as all the other...I have this 1j, ls, 2j, ect. that I want to....

Don't come to me with that. Building car's isn't hard, i build and drive them everyday.

I know a lot of people ask about swaps and never do them. I do them.

But, I think after doing some research, I'll stick with the vg30dett as my power plant for my s14, expect some crazy shit! :)
