im here in mayport florida for work from va and i saw a slammed black 97-98 with a body kit, flew by pretty fast so i couldnt see it too good, anybody know this cat

Don't know him personally but I see him all the time on Beach blvd, around st johns bluff. Looks pretty good but he's always going so damn fast I can't really get a good look.
