s14 cutting out problem

have an s14 sr20det, just basic mods, intake, exhaust, front mount w/tial bov. the car will sometimes cut out while driving. everything will still be on but it wont let me give it gas. happens randomly but mostly on the highway at higher speeds, will cut out anywhere from a fraction of a second to 3 seconds. it seems like it would be something electrical. maybe with the maf? anyone experience anything like this? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

boost leak...i see a common leak where that intake vac pipe hooks up with that cold pipe..the one thats about an inch thick beside the throttle body...they have the cheap one time use nissan clamp that you squeeze to open..usually leaks there....make a boost leak tester, hook it up to the compressor..but dont over do the pressure.... you'll find a few i'm sure..
