IMO more upgrade parts for sr, they rev higher.
KA's need a lot more parts for the rotating assembly to rev.

For the money of buying a sr and swapping it in you could just build the ka. Google has numerous threads about this. Theres pros and cons to both sides you just have to figure what you want and how much youre willing to spend

for track use sr or rb..thats really about the only way you can compete with whats out on the track right now(ls swaps, supercharged Z's, and ridiculous rotary's)..other than that your ka will do just fine for daily driving and fun in the rain..don't get me wrong sohc's are able to get sideways on dry pavement, you just need to know how to drive...now if you plan on boosting it and like the KA's long stroke then you'll probably want to swap in a DE...imo a DE would be perfect for daily/fun driving, but i'm eventually gonna be on the track in a year or two, so i'm swapping the sohc for an RB20..thought about an SR but everyone has those and it been my dream for about 6 years now. good luck, hope this helped..study up and learn everything you can on the motors so you can make your own judgment.

This argument is older than Zilvia, this thread will not end pretty, so I will kill it now
