Looking to buy a frame bent 90 240sx

The hood has been creased up in the middle and the frame is slightly bent by the driver side headlight. I've talked him down to $1000 is it worth it? Thanks.

that thing is a drift slut!(1) if it's stored in the winter, you can almost guarantee it's been trailered around to drift events(2) that accident means he hit the wall..im sure you can find a better deal, just be patient..if you get a chance to drive it and it drives straight it probably wouldn't be a bad deal for a track car, but for a nice daily NO!
