Hey guys i have done alot of searching on this matter and i will prove this to you by first saying that i am sorry for making another speedometer malfunctioning thread. But please here me out. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it will spaz out up and down. For awhile i thought that it was reading too fast anyway so maybe fixing it from going on and off will help the accuracy as well. I replaced the vss when i first noticed that the speed was a little fast. so that new. Then once it started going crazy I checked for continuity through some of the length of wires. Basically where I am now is I have my gauge cluster out right now and before I start trying to get to the entire harness I figured it would be easier to just see what the voltage readings are at the speedo while I'm driving and while it is acting up. However, i cant really understand the wiring diagram for anything . I'm kind of a jackass when it comes to that. I've searched and all I can find is how to test the vss itself and it seems that some people just replaced it and it fixed their problems and others just replaced their speedo and that fixed it. Alot of people just never followed up or replaced both speedo and vss and solved nothing. I don't really want to go the parts slinging route. So if anyone happens to know which pins in the harness I need to check that would be great. Thank you for reading my long winded post and thanks in advanced for any input,positive preferred lol.
