I stripped the oil feed line... Do you think JB weld will seal it up or aything else that would stop the leak...

No, No JB Weld...

You can try tapping first. Usually is a one-time fix and the next time the oil feed bolt comes out it takes threads with it.

However, -AN fitting is probably the best solution.
