the first time i bled the clutch it didnt work so i went out and bought a new master cylinder, installed that and went to bleed the system again...still no pressure. now i have looked and searched and people that seemed to have this same problem are told to replace the slave cylinder ???

Should i buy a slave cylinder ? or do i possibly take the tranny off again ?? thank you for any input

Yes, box between the hard line and the slave. has a loop that runs down the frame rail.

Yeah hook the rubber line up to the hardline and throw the box and loop away.

i too also bled the damper box and slave cylinder but the clutch pedal was soft, so i then tried the removal of the damper box, and put in a new stainless steel line to the hard line and now the clutch pedal is firm and smooth. i guess that damper box really isnt needed.
