tripple projection head lights help

I just got the tripple projection silvia conversion and I waas wondering if anyone knew what size bulb to use for hid I've tried searching but nothing came up, if anyone can help lmk thanks.

tripple projector use H1 bulb with a holder...u should search harder i made a few post on this subject a while back.
