What was the gold package?

I am looking to buy a 1995 240sx and all the emblems are gold. I am pretty sure that means it has the "gold package". So all I need to know is what comes with owning a 240 with a gold package. THanks.

It comes with...*gasp* - Gold badges!!!

J/K...But in '95 you had base and SE - That's it. (I'd bet the gold emblems were an SE only thing, but that's a guess)

So nothing special there - What to look for:

ABS/LSD package on the SE - That would be a good find.

Florida dealers did it once..but I really think it was either dealer added or aftermarket, or owner added.


Dooop...I see where you say 95 now.

Their was a dealer in Mobile Alabama that did that to a ton of 240SX's.perhaps it is possable your car came from there..


Some history..

Toyota in 93 94 95 had a gold option and it sold...some of the dealers did that to nissans and they sold well also. It was a fad...I do not think they came from the factory in that trim...but ...like always, their is room for error and I could be wrong.
