Used Header questions

I am considering buying a used hotshot header for my s14 '96 ka24de. The header in question has been used for only 4 months. However, it came off a s13 '92 ka24de. Will this header work on my s14?


What are your opinions?

I'm pretty sure it wont work.. the emissions stuff is a bit different, and there may be some steering column clearance issues...

Don't get upset with me DMC...I asked a perfectly logical, legitimate question. The Hoshot website list headers for the 91-94 240sx, and another for the 95-96 240sx.

nah man i was just kiddin i was thinking logically its the same engine it should work but i didnt think of all the other stuff around it, you could EMAIL (mailto:[email protected]) them and ask what the differences are between the 2 headers and if the s13 one will work on an s14

You can't use them, mainly because of the emissions stuff. IIRC the S14 has two o2 sensors (one in the REAL cat)...while the S13 only had one.
