I'm trying to see what all I need to switch on my s14 OBD2 engine to run it in an OBD1 car. I know the TPS is different, the maf is different and the air temp sensor is different.

The MAF is not different, neither is the IAT unless it's a 1997-1998, the 1996 is the same as the 1995.
The CTS is different too, and most 1995 models use a 1wire front O2 sensor, so you'll need to swap it. Leave the EVAP stuff unplugged and you're done.
We've discussed this for over a decade.

He's right about the CTS, but wrong about the MAF.
OBDI ka24de's have a silver bodied maf that is cast aluminum or something.
OBD2 ka24de's have a black plastic maf.

You're right about the TPS, also I believe the transmission speed sensor is different.

No, you are wrong. If you look at his question, he asks differences in S14 engines, not S13 to S14 engines.
The aluminum housing MAF is used on all S13s, with the SOHC and DOHC being different.
The plastic housing is used on ALL S14s, whether they're OBD-I (1995) or OBD-II (1996-98).
Read better next time before you try and correct someone.

You are wrong.
I looked at the bin files that I have for all the ECU's.
All OBDI ka24de's use the same maf if they are s13 or s14.

Kid, you have got to be joking. I've owned three S14s, bought/scrapped over 40 more, and serviced at least twice that in the past two decade. All S14s use the same MAF, the plastic housing 'G70' unit.
The ECUs are not the same either for S13 and S14.
